- Contact form: name, email, subject, message, language, sending date, IP address and user-agent in the received technical email. Used only to reply and limit abuse.
- Local audience measurement: unique-visitor counter based on a non-reversible HMAC fingerprint of the IP address, using a local key stored outside the webroot. The raw IP address is not stored in the application database. The counter also keeps the first date, last date, first observed page/language and an aggregated seen count, without analytics cookies or third-party service.
- Server technical logs: Apache/fail2ban logs may contain IP address, date, URL, HTTP code and user-agent for security and diagnostics.
- Necessary cookies: PHP/CSRF session, language preference, information banner memory.

Recipients
Messages are accessible only to the site owner. Hosting is operated on the infrastructure used for amineidrissi.fr. Email delivery may use Google/Gmail SMTP depending on configuration. No commercial transfer of data.
Retention
- Contact emails: kept as long as needed for handling, then archived or erased by the mailbox owner.
- Technical logs: limited by server log rotation, generally a few weeks.
- Unique visitor counter: HMAC fingerprints and associated data are kept to follow the site’s evolution and avoid duplicate refresh-based counts. Legacy aggregated hits prior to 2026-07-27 were archived locally and removed from public display.
- Necessary cookies: session or around 6 to 12 months depending on the cookie.
